The window link opens but I can't see anything
The chosen webcam may be offline for maintenance, or, and we hate to say the obvious, it may be night-time in Hartlepool and there isn't enough light to transmit a picture.

The window link opens but the picture is stuttery
The webcams used on Digital Hartlepool are designed to transmit a high-resolution image, more or less in real time. However, it does not run with the same frame rate as normal video playback so a slight amount of delay between images may occur (especially if you log on from a low-speed connection such as a modem). Additionally, webcam performance may be affected when a large number of users try to view the same camera.

The window link doesn't open
